How I did it: Well, to begin with, i tried to quit many times, some times i succesfully quit for months, but i always smoked again. Finally i decided that at my 20 years, i was enough for me with that damn poison. I started smoking believe it or not, when I was 10 years old, I started basically because I wanted to experiment and know how was that, eventually i liked(i hated it the first time) and was hooked for 10 years. I’ve quit for several months in different moments of my life, but it seems almost imposible to quit for good, what the heck is one supposed to do to qet rid of that morbidly stupid habit?!
