I volunteered this year at a GS day camp that I used to attend when I was a wee-bit. I ran a badge workshop, which meant that I only had to take two half days at work to do it. I led 23 fourth and fifth graders through the Puzzler badge, and it was totally fun.

I made my swatch, and it checked out, so I’m ready to go. I’ve got four rows done. I should add that the rows are 70 stitches long, so that’s something.
I bought a very cute 60’s strawberry print dress/shorts combo off my friend Tanya. I would post the one picture of me wearing it, but it’s with a wide angle lens and it’s not particularly flattering (though, thankfully, the dress is). But I’m probably not going to be wearing it until it gets a little warmer here in San Francisco. Which means next September, ha.
