I suppose this means to meditate with regularity, and not just slip into a meditative trance as has been happening. I have heard that meditation is good for every part of your self, and have been told by yoga teachers that yoga only exists as the other part of meditation-the yin and the yang sort of thing. This is a nice idea, honestly. Can’t hurt to try.

How I did it: I just kept repeating "you only floss the ones you want to keep". pretty soon Iw as in a routine where every single night I flossed. If I missed it for some reason (being in a youth hostel far from the bathroom, etc) then I did it in the morning. My teeth feel better and there's even some peace of mind attached! Read how I did it…
How I did it: This was accomplished y getting up earlier. That way, you spend less time with electric lights on. I also always unplug things (computer, external hard drive, speakers, etc) when I am done with them. Even if something is shut off, if it is still plugged into the wall then it is using energy. I also stopped using a car as much, and riding my bike, walking, or taking the bus a whole lot more. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Supported the Cannabis Reform Coalition on my campus. We sent in postcards to all the state representatives, and used the legislative system of Massachusetts to our advantage. Read how I did it…

Does a blog count? I am starting one for when I am in Mexico.
We’ll see. It will be helpful to post pictures to, and hopefully someone will use it as a resource when coming down to the city.
