Ok so today is week 7. The past week I joined Bally’s gym last Thursday. I worked out Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Saturday I worked out with a personal trainer. Sunday I could barely walk and was in extreme pain!!! I am still in pain, but bearable now. So today I am in the same position that I was in last week for week 6….219.5. I know I have built muscle….I can actually see it, but still why am I not losing weight??? I haven’t been out of control with my eating. I have been doing good with my eating, I have had a few extra things….but not enough to see this weight again. This week I was suppose to be 213.
Well This week I will continue my efforts with eating well, and working out 5 days. I have another personal training session this coming Saturday….oh let the pain begin. Oh on a good note I did a body composition test…basically it is more accurate than a standard bmi calculation….....I am 27% body fat. The trainer told me I am 159 pounds of muscle and such. My bmi said I was obese….this takes in account that I have alot of muscle and says I am normal….27% body fat is right on the edge of obese, but I am still in a normal range. No matter what I want to lose weight. This number just makes me a little healthier than i originally thought.

So yesterday i tried to go to the gym. Drove 30 minutes to my mom’s house to workout with her….BUT when we got to the gym at her house….it was FULL! So i washed and vacuumed my car instead. Today I am at 219.5 AGAIN…how many times am I gonna be at this weight? Never again! So today I worked out cardio only…..1 hour 25 minutes…..I will eat healthy today and do my crunches for today and yesterday….240 for today…..............ouch! I hope everyone is doing well with their goal….hopefully you are doing better than I am….i just keep messing up over the last few weeks…..i just want to stay focused with no mess up for 4 weeks total….i just need to. NO MORE BINGES!
