gain 5 pounds
I'm finally happy 2 years ago

I gained the five pounds quicker than I would have thought. Just kept eating pasta and lots of calories. I have definitely filled out more and become a little more curvy since the start of my weight gain diet. After I got the last five pounds I decided I was happy. My legs look good, my arms look good, and I don’t look malnourished anymore. I look healthy.



Quit Smoking (read all 4 entries…)
still working but making progress i guess 2 years ago

even though i already said i quit, i made sure not to say i’ve completed it since i know i haven’t. I went two weeks smoke free. then there was a party. and cigarettes. and me. so i smoked a few. two days later, another party with more cigarettes, and i smoked more than a few. and then there was today, when i went and bought a pack of sweet dreams vanilla cigs. i wont smoke them in the car. i will smoke them if im out with friends. and when i go on vacation in 20 days. other than that, i’m still working against the smoking in the car. haven’t done that unless im coming home half asleep from a late night party and trying to stay awake. im not really struggling with it during the day though. so thats a good sign…
