I haven’t weighed myself in a bout a month, so I can’t really say. I do know though the past two days were not so good. I have no kept track of my calories at all, although my food choices have been relatively good. I need to get back on this. I also think I might want ot become pesca/vegan. By this I mean I’ll eat fish, but no dairy or other meats, and I won’t give up breads yet.

How I did it
How I did it: I usually eat sporadically, so doing this helped me to learn to control what/how much I eat. It has really helped out, and now I can't stop eating tuna (or just some kind of fish) sandwiches. Read how I did it…
