I can do a backwords somersault and wrap a leg around my head, but I can sooooooooo not do a split.

The thing about holding the position every day for three minutes sounded like it would work, painful, but I’m still going to start doing it… tommorw =)

Lose 20 pounds
fortyhkjashbdhjdggazillion ounces of water

this is my first entryio I’m Madeleine (or Madeline) which ever one works it.

So I eat pretty healthy,exercise isn’t all that easy, I’m tierd and fatiuged alot. I am doing much better though, well, in the last few days
I’ve taken my little lady Daisy (dog) out for a walk today and yeterday. I’m not a big water drinker, never had been, but I’m on this new medication that you HAVE to drink a ton of water,it says it will dry you out, I don’t want to get dried out. so I’ve been downing like trillions of gallons of water these past few days, its probably more like 64 ounces. ahaha. I’m basicly cutting alot of stuff out because I don’t have control with them. Like no candy, except I’ve slipped with some dark chocolate, but its good for you! right ( ;
Oh ya, I LOVE CARBS, I’d probably f*ing marry toast,and pasta, and chips, and bread bread bread bread. Yes okay so you get it, I’ve never been a real candy person its always been the Carbies.
I think I am doing well there’s a box of Kondike things in my freezer, and Gelato <which I am saving untill I’m wicked despraate, (its better for you than ice cream) I’m kind of looking to Rachel Bilson , cause we have the same height (I think) and body type. I’m all about the health, so
-Milk
-Gatroade water (As a treat, if I can still like stand pouring liquid into me)
-WATER WATER WATER
-SPecial K
-Fruit
-SALAD veggies with my spritzer spray (only a cal. a spray =0)
and dinner Is hard because I can’t really control it, so I try really hard with portion control.
-healthy smoothies and yogurt
Okay I promise my entries will be short from now on.
