How I did it
How I did it: I started by cutting back to one a day, and I only had diet when I did. Then I switched to just one cup of black coffee in the morning for the caffeine. Once I did that I didn't need the caffeine as much - no headaches. This last week I've just been drinking tea, and when I go out I always carry a water bottle with me. Read how I did it…
