Its been bout 5 months since i last posted on here and suprise suprise i am still 8st 7!!!! i did manage to get down to 8st for my dads wedding back in september but have now regained 7lbs
i need to focus!!!
any one with about 10lbs – 1 stone to lose want a diet buddy???
for the last 6 weeks i have been gradually gaining weight and have put on about 10 lbs!! ans the last couple of weeks i have noticed the bulge but instead of doing something i continued the vicious cycle of being sad about it eating more chocolate and cakes and getting bigger and so i decided enough is enough!!!! so i an on day 3 of a 28 day detox diet. I didnt write on day one as i wasnt sure whether i could get through the first day but i did and so onwards and upwards :)
i weighed myself on day one and was 8st 7 3/4 and i am going to not weigh myself till day its over so the 13th july. Im hoping for a 8lb loss to get me back on track.
i he not written for like 6 months! in that time i have managed to put on nearly 10lbs!!! i now stand at 117.8 lbs where back in September i was 108 i cant belive how much i moaned that i was still too fat where the fact is i clearly wasnt! so now i think that i would appreciate that weight that is my new goal i want to be back there, as i know i can do it as i have been there before so i plan to come on here everyday and write what i have eaten and what exercise i have done. I am determined to get myself sorted
been looking a old posts a year ago i was exactly the same weight as i am now! silly to think i spent a whole year trying to lose weight and im sure next year will be exactly the same!
have not written in yonks! have had sooooo much going on, have managed to gain half a stone!!!! i know nightmare, well its the festive season and so i aint even gunna say i will lose weight the next two weeks as to be honest i will prob pack on another 4-5 lbs with food and drinkies so..
as with every january comes a new diet i am assuming i will have about a stone to lose so any ideas which one i should try???? which ones have ppl on here had success with? i what to lose it in 6 weeks buy valentines day feb 14th

i have totally lost my way this week, felt rubbish and so have eaten rubbish! so tomoro is back to counting cals !!!
weighed myself this morning to see if a few days of not counting cals
made a diff and it sure does ive gained!! so today i have been even worse food wise
hope to get back to counting tomoz

i am so so tired, was so ready to give up today and scoff to oblivion but then i waited 10 mins had a bath, painted my nails and now i dont wanna ruin my hard work!!!

total around – 1175
so very happy with that, i also ran and walked today.
tomorrow is the weekend whichis always a struggle!!! we will see

went out for dinner with friends last night and totally forgot about the whole counting cals woops!!!
then it is my day off today so i havent eaten that good

i have walked to and from town and up hills, walked the dogs and am just about to go to my hours fitness class so hopefully i can get back on track!
