havent written on here for ages!! this doesnt mean i havent been trying to complete this goal cuz i have but quite half hearted. i need to come back on here and write down what i eat so that i have something to review and keep me on track. So i am going to start a food and exercise diary tomorrow.

i am extemely upset with myself because i am slipping back into old ways!! i had about 4 binges over the weekend biscuits, cake, choclate all crap that i had managed to ween myself off of and i wasnt even hungry i was just shovelling it all in! i feel really disgusted with myself and of course it showed on the scales this morning i have put on another 2lbs!!! and so instead of losing weight the first couple of weeks of 2011 i have gained!!!!! arghhhhhhh.
My rant over i now need to focus! so i am getting back into exercise again which i love just need to reign my food intake in.
i havent eaten anything yet today but gunna make a big fruit salad in abit a try my best to be good!!

so its january and that means detox time!! so the plan is carol vodermans 28 day detox, im starting tomoro a monday best day to start which means will be the last day 30th jan!

cant run or do anything or get to exercise class in the big freeze! so annoying but on a 1lb last week and no doubt there will be some to follow the next 2 weeks but then hey its christmas! detox starts january 3rd for 28 days!!! 7 stone 6 here i come :)

i need to stop being so obsessed with this thou i mean seriously is being 7lbs lighter gunna make me any happier??? i doubt it! i keep saying things like, when im thin i’ll do this .. but seriously wat is stopping me, am i wasting my life trying to acheive this goal???
