Recently I joined the military and have been uprooted from my comfort zone and thrown in the “real world.” The military isn’t bad but it takes getting used to being moved to wherever Uncle Sam wants you to live. The state I’ve been stationed must be taken for what it is. I’ve learned to be simple yet creative with the world. I’ve become more adventurous and reflective, enjoying what The Maker has created for us. I can enjoy the company of people as well as my independence in the world. I find peace and contentment in the mountains and the sunset and all that surrounds me. I’ve definitely learned to truly live instead of just exist idly in life.

I don’t wear makeup when I workout and people say I don’t even look that different. It’s so nice to skip out on all the time putting on makeup and just being happy and content with being simple :)

i’ve learned how to play the guitar more quickly than i thought! and i give all the glory to God bc as i approached learning the guitar by myself, I committed to Him and said, “ok Lord, you said in your Word that the memory of the righteous is a blessing! so with Your help, I’m gna learn these chords and techniques quickly. and besides, Your the best and most awesome music teacher ever Lord :D im making the effort to cultivate my musical talents and just give you all the glory through this learning process!!”
