well I had a guy who wanted to work for me

I didn’t really have the money to pay him though and we aren’t local so it really didn’t work out well. I need to make this a priority so I can attract the right person locally.
well I invested in a MM account

I chose to invest in a high yield money market account at 5.25% yield. I need access to the money to invest in my own career, studio and house in the near future and stocks are to volatile for me in the short term.
