Bloody Bt wish never heard of them 4 months ago

I cannot believe that Bt have put my monthly payment to £145.00 per month when last month I made 0.22p worth of calls or that they have charged me twice for sending an engineer at nearly £200 when they never let me know they were coming or charged me for excess broadband when I am suppossed to be on unlimited … the story goes on.
