Keep my spirits up
Being happy and keeping in good spirits

I think there’s a difference between all the self-help talk of ‘choosing to be happy’ and actually just keeping your spirits up. Everyone goes through difficult times, when life or someone else stomps on you, ignores you, or treats you like crap. Not saying these things happen on purpose, they just do. There’s a difference between choosing to keep your spirits up and choosing to be happy. I can’t choose things that happen to me at random, I can only choose to keep the integrity I always have and the believe in myself that I do my best and do good, and apologise when necessary. Most of the time, things aren’t anybody’s fault (when dealing with good people). When you deal with bad people, too bad, just don’t keep it in your heart. Always I think honesty is the best policy. IF someone honestly hurt you, tell someone, or tell them. Being sad is always a combination of hurt and angry and not being able to express it, or being dissapointed. just express your feelings. Being honest is a good thing, anyone who can’t take your honesty isn’t worth your time. They are the ones with a problem. Throw out your tarballs of pain, just say it like it is.

Every day we should be true to ourselves. There’s no end to this, there’s no ‘complete’. It’s something you have to choose every day. You choose whether to avoid sticking out, or you choose to speak the truth. You’ll feel better when you’re honest.



eat less sugar
Its easy when u start eating healthy

we dont need a lot of simple sugars, we already get sugar from carbs. so make sure u eat healthy and hearty meals and enough to keep you going, so u can keep your sugar levels balanced throughout the day!
