This is the first book I am starting with, as it discusses every first lady in history. What a fabulous book! I am learning so much about not only the history of this country, but about decision making and firsts that came from strong women standing behind their men and making some of the real choices that affected us as a nation. So far I am LOVING Lady Bird Johnson, Grace Coolidge, and Hillary Clinton and am thinking I will start reading one of their biographies first. This book is fantastic, written by Betty Boyd Caroli, and I would highly recommend it.
