Actually finished just before christmas and just finished the first video this week. It’s not professional, but it sounds good, imo, and I am very happy with it.

Having it done fills me with a great sense of accomplishment. What an incredible way to express yourself.

2 songs down, yay! Well…mostly down…I want to go back and redo some vocals in a few areas, but they are still pretty solid, and much to my surprise sound much better than I ever expected. Should have #3 done by the end of the week, depending on how much time I can set aside for it, but the important thing is to take my time and make sure I get every track done right.

During a very bad time in my life, over 5 years ago, I stole my mothers old guitar and cleaned the dust off it. Now, 5 years later I am a decent player (imo…) I am by no means a professional, but I can hold my own and play about 100 songs that I have learned. Learning this taught me a constructive way to deal with the raging emotional issues I was dealing with, giving me an outlet for the anger, rage, frustration, etc, etc. Once you can play a bit, I highly recommend grabbing an electric guitar, nothing vents out anger and frustration better than making loud noise….:)
