im kind of a very emotional person. i dont show it, or at least i try not to, but whenever i get put down, even if by accident, i get extremely depressed on the inside. these sort of unexpected mood swings can be very annoying and just totally knock your EQ, or your emotional quotient (yeah, im real cool like that) entirely out of whack. this kind of thing is what keeps me from excelling at everything i try, and i definitely dont want to live under this sort of moody burden.

first day of 43 things and also first day of exercise routine that i plan to carry out now that ive stopped fall sports and started the winter musical.
To Do List:
1. warmup before exercising
2. stretch longer after exercising
3. drink more water in general everyday so i can exercise more effectively
