I’ve got the name picked out and I have the paperwork. I have not filled it out yet. I’ve told my mom. I’ve told a few friends. I have not started using the name yet anywhere. I think it will help me to try it on more to get used to it and see if I really want to do it.

How I did it: I went with a female friend who had been there before. When I set out to go there, I planned to only go topless. When I got there and saw people wading in the river, (We were on a beach on the bank of the Columbia River in Oregon) I decided I wanted to wade naked in the river. I cannot resist swimming or wading naked, so I had to do it. My desire to feel the cool water flowing over my body totally made me forget th… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I got a kombucha baby or "scobie" from a woman on Craigslist who had some to give away. She also gave me instructions for how to brew kombucha. I started with the baby and a gallon jar. I purchased a package of large black tea bags meant for brewing pitchers of tea. I bought a bag of plain white sugar. Read how I did it…

I made a conscious effort to slowly smoke fewer and fewer cigarettes each day/week or month until one day, I just decided that I would not smoke anymore. When I finally quit I was smoking only a few cigarettes a month. I just had one pack that I would keep in the freezer and not carry around with me unless I went to a … Read how I did it…

This morning I exercised for the first time in a long time. I’m looking forward to doing it again tomorrow.
I usually don’t have any issues with the annual womanly exam. I usually get one annually because I had pre-cancerous cells frozen off of my cervix when I was in my early 20s. I haven’t had one in over a year, but less than 2 years. This is mainly due to financial concerns. I am putting this goal here because I want to make it a priority as soon as I get some other financial things dealt with.
