Take your time finishing your dissertation! Make sure it is really strong before you get a job. You will have a hard time finding time and space to think while you are teaching.

I deserve a better job!

I really dislike my job but I am in a field where it is hard to move. So I am doing my best to lay the groundwork to leave as soon as possible. My boyfriend really hates it here, and we want to move close to family.
