am focusing now more on
healthy eating rather than
being on a ‘diet’ as such…
though i find i do lapse
when it comes to my coffee
break..
downfalls – sugar in coffee &
also way to many cappacinos in work!
not drinking enough water
definately not enough excercise..
Plan – keep a daily food diary
and prepare/shop for food weekly.
making lunch for work th nite b4
is a good idea.. try to look forwar
to a healthy lunch..
EXERCISE.. to start off.. even 20mins
a day..
