loose 21 pounds (read all 7 entries…)
getting there.. but have to keep check... 3 years ago

getting there slowwwly…
am focusing now more on
healthy eating rather than
being on a ‘diet’ as such…
though i find i do lapse
when it comes to my coffee
break..

downfalls – sugar in coffee &
also way to many cappacinos in work!
not drinking enough water
definately not enough excercise..

Plan – keep a daily food diary
and prepare/shop for food weekly.
making lunch for work th nite b4
is a good idea.. try to look forwar
to a healthy lunch..
EXERCISE.. to start off.. even 20mins
a day..

rooms still a mess 3 years ago

been really busy in work and
haven’t had time to tackle
‘the room’ properly.. its clean
just soo messy…
have a bit of time now so gonna
start back in to it..



Stop spending money on things i dont need (read all 3 entries…)

definately more concious of
spending habits.. espcially
mid week, ie spending money
in work coffees, snacks etc..
plan .. open a separate bank
a/c and save… monies saved
from quiting smoking to be
spent on treats, massages etc..
