got a plan... 3 years ago

So I joined weight watchers with my friend, which is great because we both need to lose the same amount of weight and we help each other along the way. So far it’s been two weeks and I lost, and then gained some (grad week) :0 but the best thing is i am getting my eating under control and tapping into my self discipline…portion control, good choices and keeping active. That’s the road to the goal.

ok, more like 140. I bought some cereal that tastes and looks like horse food. “HIGH fiber” yummy. well, high fiber and low fat is how i lost a ton of weight in high school, so I might as well do what works for sure. and oh, not to mention exersice exersice and exersice

my mom called yesterday 3 years ago

i was nicer than I usually am… she just wanted to talk and so I chatted with her. I got a little annoyed and tried to cover it up but it comes through anyway. I’ll keep trying.
