How I did it: Well I applied for my PGCE a while ago and finally received the thumbs up in May/June so this confirmed I had to move and this coincided well with moving in with my boyfriend.He managed to get a great job doing something he really enjoys and moved to London before me in a temporary place. How to have a new job/course by September 2009

How I did it: I applied for a PGCE via the GTTR website. I applied to 4 institutions in January for Drama or English with Drama PGCE's and found the courses oversubscribed and 3 were full. One institute held onto my application without telling me their course had been closed for quite a while, which meant my application couldn't be sent to another institute.Once I had my application back, it was sent to my final choice - English with Drama/Media. How to drive without fear

How I did it: I started out driving with people and bringing up my confidence in driving around locally. I then planned a trip with my bf to certain locations around Taunton, to his uni home and parents home. Since I've driven to his uni home 2 hrs away on my own - this was scary the first time but since going again I've put more faith in my ability and am actually enjoying it a lot! Get onto a PGCE Drama Secondary Teaching course
I've had an interview! 7 months ago

My only interview so far was on May 14th. It is very oversubscribed, there were more people than places in my interview alone so I’m not going to pin all my hopes on it. However I am proud that I’ve made the effort, got through the interview etc…

Fingers crossed :) I’ll know soon enough!

Did I Fall For You? (May) 7 months ago

Did I fall for you
when we first met?
Between fleeting glances
and tender lust-sought touches;
When you would draw me in and push me away
and keep our secret from the preying eyes
of those who couldn’t understand.

Did I fall for you
when the lights dimmed
and the nights were swallowed up
with quiet, lingering kisses? Gliding
finger tips on waiting flesh and knowing in the light
of the morning I would have to give you back
to everyone else, without them knowing
what we had shared and wondering
how long I would wait for the next
draught of you.

I fell for you
with every ounce of myself.
I’m consumed in you,
I am you. Completely immersed
in the beauty that comes with knowing
you’re mine to touch and love as publicly
or privately as I choose.

You are mine to love
and I have fallen for you.
