control my temper

am frustrated 17 months ago

This thing only happening every 3mths so far. everytime when my monthly period is coming, i can easily get pissed off. Even my kids also can get me easily annoyed. A very small conversation that means nothing can make me misunderstood my love one.
Am this thing only happening to me? Its not easy to cool down but in that process i tend to say out things that arent nice to be heard by my kids… :(
