12 days of uninterrupted spontaniety

Did this with my best friend, my hubby, two summers ago from SC to CA. It was one of the best experiences of my life! Once you hit the Grand Canyon, you know you have changed your life in an enormous way forever.

drink at least 8 glasses of water a day

The best way for me to get in 8 glasses a day is to just tote a bottle(the small size is 2 servings= 4 bottles) with me everywhere, refill it any chance I got, and guzzle away. Lemon helps sometimes too, if you need a little flavor.
