Lofty dream for me...

... because it’s been my dream to run a marathon for 3 years now, I’m no closer to achieving that goal.

Still, I’m hopeful!



Lose 15 pounds this summer

Last night I decided I would set a definite goal for myself. I will lose 15 pounds this summer.

How will I get there:

1. Ask for God’s help
2. Cut down on refined sugar intake- Look for sugarless or low-sugar alternatives
3. Get 30 mins of cardio at least 4 times a week
4. Use one of my Pilates DVDs everyday
5. Write down as much as possible, everything that goes through my lips
6. Drink more water- Specifically at least 5 8-oz servings (this is a lot for someone who’s gone 2 weeks on juice and soda)
