For the most part, I’ve quit drinking it. I’ll still have it occasionally if we’re eating out, but I hardly ever drink it at home. I just wanted to quit because I’ve heard all the phosphorous in it is really bad for your bones! I’d like to think I’m helping myself stay healthy…

I did it recently with crest white strips. They don’t make your teeth blindingly white, but it’s definitely noticeable. Worth it!!

live in a foreign country

I’ve been living in Germany now for 2 years, and will be here at least one more. It’s totally worth it….. living in a foreign country for a while gives you a better perspective and opens your mind.
