I suppose that the first step in becoming a better blogger is to post at least once a day. So here it goes.

Since I got my 12” Powerbook, I’m one game (World Of Warcraft) away from throwing my PC out the window. A laptop’s really the only way to fly, and the Powerbook makes almost every other laptop I’ve used (save for IBM’s Thinkpad series) look like a toy.
Totally worth it.
Max OT doesn’t really blow, of course. It’s just not for me right now. It’s way too hard to do properly and I can’t afford to do things improperly.
So, I’m doing a 3-day split with cardio every day. So my workout regimen looks a bit like this:
Monday : Cardio
Tues : Legs and back/cardio
Wed : Cardio
Thurs : Bis and Tris/cardio
Fri : Cardio
Sat : Chest/cardio
Sun : Cardio
We’ll see how this works.
Here’s a great explanation:

Amazingly, at work we’ve been using xmlhttprequest for almost a year and a half before Google Suggest became the bee’s knees :).
Like most other, today’s the beginning of a new weight loss regimen. I’m actually heading to the gym once I finish this entry for my first Max OT workout.
The plan is to use Max OT to bulk up for a couple of months, and then try to cut the fat for the summer.
We’ll see how it goes.
