Weight, health and life

When I was appx. 250 lbs, I wanted to be skinny. I lost some weight, then a little more. But I was still fat.

Then I decided that I wanted to be able to run. So I focused on working out and eating as little as possible. I lost weight, but I still wasn’t healthy.

Then I finally got it. Healthy is not skinny, it’s not fat, it’s not even normal sized. Healthy is a balance…
