I hear it takes 21 days for something to become a habit.
It’s been seven days, let’s hope I keep it up!
I’m not sure if it’s because I’m PMSing but it seems like I have NO patience and resent a lot of what’s happening in my daily activites.
This is annoying.
I’m going to do a couple of yoga poses to try and let this go.
