How I did it: I couldn't suppress caffeine completely because I need it to be able to study for university, but coffee made my skin very ugly and irritated, so I replaced it with green and black tea. Luckily they work even better than coffee, I feel both energized and clean. My skin is definitely better ever since I quit coffee. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Fist, I had a very strong motivation for it. I'm a big animal lover, and it seems unfair that certain animals were chosen to be eaten and doomed to a meaningless life, whereas other animals receive so much love and attention, and they're treated like members of the family. I participated in an online contest and won! The prize was this beautiful black tutu :) I’m so in love with it. This tutu also adds up to my motivation to learn ballet. I am taking this very seriously and doing my stretching exercises everyday to gain flexibility…I don’t think I’ve ever been this passionate about a sport. But ballet just makes me feel like I belong. It’s not easy at all, initially my muscles hurt like hell I could barely walk for 2 days, but now I practice everyday it’s getting much better. Makes me feel so beautiful and swan-like, I don’t even care about all the hardwork and aching muscles. It just feels amazing!!
