I just do not have the energy to save everything and everyone. I will do what I can with what comes to me.
Move to a place with no carpet! DONE
Stop eating so much meat, dairy, and sugar. DONE
Be even more strict about cutting out preservatives and food additives. DONE
Switch from soy based creamer (ugh Monsanto) to some nice local, organic, free-range half and half. The calorie difference is not much of a big deal. SILK SOY CREAMER. DONE.
Do something about dish washer detergent. DONE
Nail polish and remover? C’mon, Sarah. DONE
Switch over gradually to better cosmetics. Maybe Body Shop or Burt’s Bees? DONE
Carpet cleaner? I’m appalled. DONE
Toothpaste: sodium laurel sulfate and fluoride free. DONE
Stop taking what’s offered if it contains something bad for me! DONE
Find a new GYN who doesn’t push hormonal b/c.
Clean out AC vents in home and car.
Wash all new clothes before wearing! DONE
Start making my own teriyaki sauce, ketchup, salad dressing, marinades, and other condiments and sauces so I don’t ingest so many additives, even the ones that don’t seem to bother me… yet.
