There’s not much to this—I’m just gonna drink more water every day! :)
I have a water bottle that I’ve been filling up every day, but I don’t drink as much as I should. Although I do get a lot of water in the evening. I always keep a full, cold bottle by my bed. :)

I thought this would be a good idea, because I have hip problems and I think it would help with that—I have difficulty running without being in a lot of pain, and long walking (I learned from this that good shoes really do help!!) makes it really sore also.
Also, there are a lot of health benefits to doing this too.
On a side note, I’m taking an aerobics class this semester. :)
There isn’t really much I can do now. This past summer has been the first in 4 years in which I have not had a job. I really hate not having the extra money. I would be working now, but I’m taking 12 classes for 14 credits, I need to focus on my academics, and frankly I just don’t have the time for a job. Also my GPA hinders me from applying for a lot of jobs on campus that otherwise I would be able to.
