Some stuff I remember from college psychology

- It takes approx. 2 weeks for your body to catch up on sleep.
- Personally, I’ve found that I sleep best in multiples of 90mins.
- I’m ‘on’ a lot more. More aware, more focused, more awake, possibly more productive.
- I also work out every other day in the morning. This may or may not have something to do with sleeping better.
