sleep earlier
going through some tough times.... 1 month ago

I stress a lot especially about the past. I want to move on, but it’s so hard and it keep me up. It’s like I’m scared of going to sleep. I want to be in my bed and asleep by 11pm max but I can’t seem to break 1am….and then I’m tired all day!

I’ve got some techniques in mind but the biggest one is just getting to bed!

learn to snowboard
tried when I was 18 1 month ago

I did it on the bunny slopes, fell on my ass a bunch of times and just gave up. Why? Because my ass hurt and I hated not doing as well as others. But now I’m older, and would just like to do it before I turn so old I regret it.

buy a bike
It's healthy, fun, and I need it for my other goals 1 month ago

Nothing like human energy that leaves ZERO CO2. I want a street bike and am looking at probably spending a grand. I’ve got some friends that are into bikes as well, and so it’s only natural I follow the ducks. But really it’s more about fun and getting out there and enjoying the outdoor scenery.

The only thing I don’t really care for about the whole bike subculture are those guys in spandex that look like their sponsored but really the companies that make them just want to advertise their name. It’s so ostentatious to look at, most likely trying to appeal to elitist mentalities, but I digress….

Anyways a nice road bike would be nice, just so I get the feel, and then I’ll play around with parts.
