It’s been two years since I set this goal, and I’m doing pretty well at it. I rarely drink diet coke any more, just maybe when I go to a restaurant and I have that urge. Mostly I drink water and it has made me feel healthier. I used to have aches in my shoulder and hip and those totally went away. I really think I used to be dehydrated since I have since read that soda can dehydrate you and that’s about all I drank. Great article proves my point-”Too Much Cola Can Cause Muscle Problems” at
