How I did it
How I did it: I went to AA. Do the 90 meetings in 90 days, it helps a lot. I also put my AA chip in front of my driver's license in my wallet so I would always see the reminder, especially if I was about to pay for alcohol! Read how I did it…
How I did it: Cold turkey - but I had one last cigarette that I "pretended" to smoke but never lit. I went outside, went through the motions of smoking, then got back to doing whatever I was doing. For whatever reason, this helped me tremendously. Read how I did it…
