I was 50 kgs around 2 years ago. Now i am 60 kgs. 10 kgs heavier. I am eating diet food these days. But not doing portion control. But im avoiding starcy carbs and fats. I need to be more regular in cardio exercise which i am completely avoiding these days. I only do yoga which i love to do. It relaxes me a lot. But im sure it only burns 75-100 calories only, which isnt much. So Maria, do some cardio too.
I have removed rice, bread, sugar and oils form my food. My original goal was to lose weight. But since im doing this, it has made me more happier inside. I have lost 1 pound in a week and im happy and continuing with this goal.
