im one of the least active people i know, but i moved to a diferent city and didnt have a car, so i ended up having to walk everywhere. next thing i know im walking far from home a saturday evening, when i see a poster anouncing a half marathon, so i take a cab back home and look into it.
and i find out its happening the very next day. i decide not to go out that night, get up early the next morning, and out of the blue, just ran the half marathon for the fun of it, no prep or anything. had a great time, ran the hole thing, never stopped, or even slowed down. I even had some energy left at the end of it. AWESOME!
