I’ve been running a couple of times during the last weeks and it feels really good… You get a free mind, you can feel the blood running through your veins, and of course it helps you to lose weight too… But it takes a lot of surmounting to do… Now it’s getting too cold for me to run outside (I’m not that much into it yet), but I might go running in the gym, and definitely again next spring!
One piece of advice for beginners: don’t try too hard at the beginning! I started by running for 30 sec, then walking 30 sec, for 30 minutes altogether, and that does a better job than just running as fast as you can for 20 minutes…

at the moment i call in sick at work at least once a week; ive got a great story about a stomach issue that keeps coming back and back again, i try to keep it as close to the truth as possible cause im scared of being caught, but nobody ever asks

my boyfriend…. i love him SOOO much! hes probably the first person i really really trust, also meaning that i dont have to behave differently when hes around; i can say exactly whatever is going through my head even if its the weirdest stuff you can imagine and he DOESNT CARE! its incredible-—-- maybe because he has the same feeling about me but its so working… since i realized that theres at least one person i can really trust, ive found others im not ashamed or scared of talking to… its helped me reduce the amount of daily (white) lies too
