So this has been going really well. I drink mostly water, tea, bottled green tea, and orange/grape juice. It’s been great.
Yeah, I drink pop every once in a while, but as long as it is a rare occurrence, like once a week, I think it will be fine. I want to keep this up until January then I hope to cross this off my list!

What I Ate Today:
- Cheerio/Berry cereal
- Chicken Nuggets
- Noodle (“Ramen”) soup
- A piece of cake
- Microwavable cheese pizza

What I Drank Today:
- 3 bottles of water
- 2 generic bottled diet green tea
- Regular hot tea with honey
