I found it to be quite a bit easier to say Adios to Mr. Cuervo and his old buddies Jack Daniels & Jimmy Beam by spending as much or more of my time exercising and mountain biking to improve my health, rather than destroying myself as I was with Jimmy, Jack and Jose.

Oh yeah, and waking up feeling like shit from the Hang-Overs, and finding all the Bumps and Bruises on my body from either getting into fights, or from falling on my ass in a drunkin stuper, helped influence my descission too…

It’s a never ending task… but that’s only if you want to keep your viewers interested and coming back for more… or to see what’s new with you!
