Lost 9.2lb in 34 days, which is bang on my 2lb a week target. Just need to keep running and eating well and I’ll be done by summer!

Ran a 3 mile event last weekend, so only 400 odd meters short… There is a 5km coming up in april close to home, so thats my target..
Have commuted twice in the last 7 days – 30 miles a day. Was planning to do it again today, but my whole body aches… I have cycled or run every day for a week, so a day off might be a good idea.
I also purchased a shiny new road bike as part of project triathlon, which is fantastic to ride, and saves wearing out my mountain bike when training on the road.
