Ok, pretty ridiculous. I finally hired it done for $160 – but such a great resolution to something I put off so l o n g! Wife is happy!

Didn't get R done - no excuses.

Most of my goals have a feature that helps me to get it done – I put a date I want the goal completed by. I’m not giving up. This is something I need to do!
Didn’t get it done until 8/14. Utimately will save about $3000 per year. Credit is getting better! Home value has fallen from $140k to $136.5k in last year – which is disappointing and slowed the process – also caused us to have to pay PMI of $62 per year until we reach 80% equity in house. But we are lucky compared to other areas of the country. Counting blessings – #2331 – probably more. :o)
