I now see this as more important than a target weight goal.
I last measured 13.1% body fat, I want to get down to 12%, then hopefully 11% to look ripped! :)
I have signed up to the Edinburgh half marathon in May, so this goal is going to be achieved!
The other day I managed 5k in 23 minutes, so if I can speed up just a little and double the time my goal should be achievable.
I also ran 10k in an hour and didn’t feel tired afterwards, or the next day, so my fitness is good compared to several years ago where I’d do a 10k and barely be able to walk afterwards!
