got on a payment plan for three of my 7 debts. 24 equal payments on each and i am done. Two years of an on time payment record and hopefully I will have good credit.
got my 40,000 mile tune-up. Now I just need new tires and a new inspection sticker.
ate a romaine salad today with celery, carrots, olives and tomatoes. Ate a banana, 1/2 cup of melon and grapes. And some superfood juice (“1 lb of fruit in each bottle”).
Went to Luke’s Locker and after measurements, a gait analysis, and evaluation of my lack of an arch, I was fitted for my first pair of real running shoes. Immediately I went to the gym’s treadmill and broke them in with a half mile jog. actually although they felt great in the store, on the treadmill they felt a little uncomfortable in the instep. I guess that’s because my foot is used to rolling inward.
My exercise has been great this week (30 55 min a day and part of that time in high intensity inrerval training) , but my eating has been at 2000 calories. Last week I was averaging 1500 calories a day. I got to get back to eating more fruit, veggies and fiber and less convenience food.
Must have put on some muscle mass because I see no difference in the measuring tape.
Got pre-approved online and walked in the dealership having already read the Carfax online, test drove the car, told the salesman I had een financed alread online and would be back on Monday with the Capital One “Blank Check”. He asked me to fill out the paper work anyway to see if they could beat Capital One’s interest rate.Filled out the paperwork eventhough I had no documents on me except one paycheck stub, my insurance card and my license.Got approved at a slightly lower rate and drove out of the dealership with the car.
I decided to make this goal more definite, so now I have a schedule. At the following times I will consume 16 oz of water- 6 am,9 am,12 pm, 3 pm, 6 pm, 9 pm.
Kept a food diary on e-diets 50% of last month. Lost a little weight, but I have a better idea now of what foods I tend to overeat, and what times of day and days of the week seem to be my downfall. My goal for this month is to lose eight pounds, keep my diary 60% of the days and exercise every day for at least 10 minutes- I’ve been doing 3-4 days of 30-40 min a day. I plan to keep that up, but I need some exercise daily, even if it’s just a walk around the block.
Organized all of the bookshelves in my house (4) by genre and topic. Organization does not seem to mean as much to me now that I read Live the Life you Love by Barbara Sher. She basicly said throw away 10 unnecessary things whenever the idea pops in your head, otherwise realize that you were not born with organizing your home as your main purpose. In other words, get busy pursuing other goals that are more important.
