i guess its worth doing..if you like that lifestyle
i didnt “technically” live in a punk house, but i was constantly there, and sleeping there all the time, so i’ll take it as living there
yes, there’s lots of parties. there is lots of drugs. a lot of drama. there are also some of the best memories i have with freinds who were true.

dont listen to the “buy skull and crossbone stuff” or “wair plaid bondage pants”
thats not “punk” really.
punk is a way of life.
it is a way to express yourself how YOU want, not how others want you to
be unique
be yourself
fight for what you believe in
here’s a little joke to try to make my point:
there are 2 guys standing in an ally
one say’s hey john, whats punk?
john kicks over a garbage can and says “thats punk”
so the other guy kicks a garbage can over and says “like that?”
john says, “no, now you’re a poser”
basically, just do what you want, dress how you want, live your life the way you want….rebel against the norm, if its what you believe in, listen to the music you find inspiration from….

went to NY on a work incentive trip… went to yankee stadium for a White SOX/Yankee’s game, went to a ton of bars, went (drunkinly) looking for a pizza place with 5 others at 3 in the morning….NY was suuuuch an amazing place…
next time i go, i have plans to go visit the chelsea hotel, andy worhol’s orginal “factory” and all these nostalgic places
