I go to bed at 10 pm & wake up naturally at 5:30 a.m. I’m sleeping better too. I used to sleep 9 hours and wake up tired.

when I drove to Detroit last. Two nights is perfect. We have enought time to visit and Grandpa doesn’t get overtired. Yesterday I was lucky to pay $4.09 for gas. Today it’s back up to $4.29. The girls want to drive around Lake Michigan again. I don’t think I can afford it now.
Apparently a card she sent me was ‘returned to sender’. I promised faithfully to write. That was over a year ago. I just have no good news and I don’t want to write a letter that sounds like an emo journal entry.
