a cool breeze, raindrops, puddles for jumping, pumpkins, the buzzing of the bees, fall flowers, spring time, Santa Claus, a comfy couch for resting, coffee with muscovado sugar, the scent of soap as it tickles the senses, the stretch during yoga, my eyes for seeing all the wondrous and beauty that surrounds me.

when i receive and epiphany, it fills me with such peace, that moment when you realize the answer, solution, the reason, whatever the thought, wow, what a beautiful thing we are capable of having!!! I love my aha moments now more than ever as now I am more aware that I have the answers, I just have to get quiet to hear them!
