I saw George W. Bush while working at the G8 Summit near Savannah. Seemed so much smarter and charismatic in person compared to CNN clips. And I met secret service agent Barry. They look like serious and severe dudes on tv, but he was a nice guy. We had a chat before Bush walked in. All the agents had little lavendar “S” badges on their lapels.

I lived in Ottawa for 2 years during school. I didn’t have a good experience while I was there. Now I’m moving there to take an amazing job opportunity.
I’m very scared, b/c of bad memories, but it’s only 2 months, so I’m giving it a chance.
Wish me luck, I move on Saturday.
Tried to volunteer at a festival…but every time that I showed up…. they needed me for about 20 mins and then sent me home… Or if they didn’t send me home, they made me sit around for 4 hours, literally doing nothing.
This is how you lose volunteers, b/c I gave up my time to help you, even though I had my own personal work to do. I was movigng in the next week.
Needless to say, I won’t be doing that one next year.
Le sigh… I’d love to be a big sister to a little girl…I just can’t commit for the year b/c my career is one that needs a lot of moving around.
