How I did it: signed up on their email list @ hempfest one year, and the next year i volunteered with them @ hempfest. Amazing group of people with a very important purpose. Read how I did it…
How I did it: keeping track of how many glasses I drank on a daily basis, for about 9 weeks. I used a dry/erase board and put up 10 lines each morning and the # of glasses I drank of water the day before to help motivate me and keep me aware of how I was doing.
